Also, keep in mind these tips to help you achieve maximum success on the Smart for Life™ Program:
DO
Eat six Cookie squares each day (or the equivalent in soups and shakes)
Eat your Cookie squares one at a time and with an 8 ounce glass of water
Eat the specifically prescribed dinner of one 6 ounce protein portion and two servings of vegetables
Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of fluid each day
DON’T
Eat beef or pork
Eat sugar in any form, including honey
