What do I do when my Smart Foods arrive?
Even before your package arrives, there are steps you can take to prepare for your Smart for Life® Weight Loss Journey.
- Purchase a quality Multivitamin and other supplements.
- Smarten Up your Kitchen and Pantry! Remove any temptations and high calorie, high fat foods.
- Stock up on lean proteins, fresh vegetables, low fat, low calorie dressings and frozen meals for dinners in a pinch.
- Browse through the many recipes online to keep your program fresh and tasty.
Once you receive your Smart Cookies and other Smart Foods, read the printed materials and then start the program the next day. Within 1 hour of waking up, eat your first Smart Cookie along with a glass of water. Then every 2-3 hours, when you feel hungry, eat another Smart Cookie. You should eat 6 Smart Cookies throughout the day and then a healthy, low fat dinner of chicken or fish with 5 cups of vegetables as outlined in your Program Guide included in your order. This will retrain you to eat small, multiple meals throughout the day. Keep in mind, the Smart Foods will suppress your appetite, naturally, so you can go about your day without feeling hungry. The all natural, 60% organic Smart Cookies are even more delicious when heated for 10 seconds in the microwave. Remember to take your Smart Cookies with you when you are “on-the-road” along with plenty of water, and always plan for Smart choices. When clients follow the above guidelines, they can expect to lose 10-15 pounds per month.
