Asian Chicken

Chicken breast baked with garlic and Asian dressing

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Spray pan with butter spray until covered.
3. Place the chicken breast in a shallow baking dish and spray with butter spray.
4. Cover with asian dressing and pepper, to taste.
5. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until Asian chicken  is thoroughly cooked.

Ingredients:

6 oz. chicken breast, boneless
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup fat-free, calorie-free asian dressing
Cooking spray
Pepper, to taste
