Asparagus Pepper Salad

Asparagus Pepper Salad-Enjoy this effortless recipe and combine with one of our dressings for a pleased palate

  1. Fill a medium size pot halfway with water.
  2. Bring water to a boil and add asparagus.
  3. Boil for 3 minutes.
  4. Drain and place in a medium size bowl.
  5. Add peppers, onions and dressing.
  6. Toss to coat well.
  7. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.

1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
1/2 cup green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup red bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup yellow bell peppers, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup fat-free, calorie-free raspberry vinaigrette dressing
