Island Tilapia

Island Tilapia topped with a dollop of Thousand Island dressing and broiled until the fish browns on top. A delicious Island flavored treat, healthy and filling. You’ll love it!

1. Preheat oven to a medium broil setting.
2. Coat the bottom of a small baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Place the Tilapia fillet in a small baking pan.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Top with Diet Thousand Island dressing.
6. Broil for 10 – 12 minutes until the top of the fillet is brown

Ingredients:

6 oz. Tilapia fillet
2 tbsp. calorie-free, fat-free Thousand Island salad dressing
Salt and pepper, to taste
