Spicy Chicken Strips

Sweet peppers, onion and chicken spiced up with garlic honey mustard sauce and garnished with fresh tomatoes.

1. Coat a medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Over medium heat, add chicken breast strips.
3. Cook for 5–10 minutes.
4. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic and mustard.
5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and place in the center of a plate.
7. Surround with fresh tomato slices for a decorative plate of spicy chicken strips.

Ingredients:

6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup onion, sliced
1/4 cup garlic, chopped
2–3 tbsp. honey-habanero mustard (reduced sugar)
1 medium tomato, sliced
