Tasty Tilapia– Sautéed tilapia (or your favorite white fish) with mushrooms, sweet peppers and a touch of garlic. Very high in Omega-3’s, fish is one of the healthiest things you can eat.
1. Coat a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Over medium heat, sauté the peppers and mushrooms until peppers are tender crisp.
3. Add the Tilapia fillet to the skillet and cook 4–6 minutes, turning once.
4. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 1–2 additional minutes.
