Most of us are all guilty of saying the New Year is when we’re all going to start going to start heading to the gym, right? Convincing ourselves that this is a “new year and new me”, but as the year rolls on and the days become busier, we eventually forget about the New Year promise we made to ourselves. If the timing your schedule is not as open to a full gym session it is always important to incorporate even just a couple minutes of your day to your physical well-being. Whether you work from home or in an office including at least 30 minutes of exercise in your every day will benefit you later on in life. Even if you’re not spending 2 to 3 hours heavy lifting at the gym every day, a simple jog around your neighborhood, walking the dog, quick online yoga session or a 15-minute cardio along with one of our Smart For Life Protein bars to rebuild your muscles will do your body good. New study has shown that as little as 2 ½ hours of exercise a week can dramatically decrease the risk of heart disease.
