Chicken Stir-Fry

Chicken breast and veggies stir-fried with Asian dressing

1. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
2. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Add chicken and sauté until chicken begins to lose some of its pink coloring.
4. Add vegetables and Asian dressing.
5. Stir occasionally until chicken is cooked.


6 oz. chicken breast (skinless and boneless, cut into strips)
2 cups assorted vegetable (cut into strips)
2–3 tbsp. calorie-free, fat-free Asian dressing
Non-stick cooking spray
