Scallops and Broccoli Sauté– Scallops and fresh broccoli sautéed with a mustard-lime kick. Fresh, original, light and very healthy. You will love this and cook it often.
1. Coat a large non-stick frying pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Over medium heat, sauté broccoli until tender crisp.
3. Add scallops and cook for 6–8 minutes, turning once.
4. Combine Dijon mustard, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Remove scallops and broccoli from the heat and add mustard-lime mixture.
