Very Veggie Kabobs

Veggie Kabobs-The healthiest snack you will ever eat  sprinkled with Renata’s Balsamic Dressing

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. On a sheet of heavy duty aluminum cooking foil, place the kabob.
  3. Drizzle on Renata’s Balsamic Dressing to coat the vegetables.
  4. Seal the edges of the foil to create a cooking packet.
  5. Bake for 8–12 minutes.


1 package pre-made vegetable kabobs or make your own kabobs alternating vegetables of your choice – mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes, squash, etc.
1/4 cup Renata’s Balsamic Dressing (See recipe in Dressing)
